I have a Chessapeake 18 out in Albany, NY if you are interested in trying it. You could take it out for a paddle too as we are pretty closed to nice lakes/rivers.

Our sizes are similar - me at 6-2, 200, and size 12. Plenty of room in the 18 footer. I might recommend the Chessie 17 if you find my 18 too large and I do a bit atleast. The size might be good for your feet though.

drop me an email if interested.

best regards,

albany, NY

PS. water is still fine for paddling. I was just out last wkend on saturday. 50 degF air temps.
