I agree with Brian. The shape of the foot brace can add a lot of comfort when space is limited. I use the Schade design sliding foot brace. In addition to the inclination of your foot adding to comfort, the ability to shift sideways along the brace lets you adjust your position without having to move the brace (which is also very easy to do).
