The numbers are in hundreths of an inch. 24.19 = 24-3/16 inches and 24.56 = 24-9/16 inches, rounded off. You will have to get a fraction/decimal conversion chart. Round off the numbers to the nearest fraction. There are some free ones on the web or you can find them at a lot of supply houses for free.
PS Don't type in captial letters. On a bullitin board, that is shouting and some won't answer you. Good luck on your yak.
