Nick has plans for them in his book, and you can also buy plans and kits from Eric Schade at Shearwater Boats. I used the track from a pair of Yakima braces, and control the position with a 1/4 in line run to a jam cleat just forward of the seat. In one of our boats, I modified the brace to accept a Guzzler 400 foot pump.
