I had one of those days where I tried to do too many things at once and one of them was to transfer some MAS resin from one container to another. I was, of course, called away "just for a minute" which stretched out to many minutes, then to over an hour, then finally, as I forgot what I had been doing, to most of the day as we drove to my sister-in-laws.
Lovely day and evening, but when I returned I went into the garage (I had left the light on) I found that I had forgotten that I left the resin pump out of the bottle, and it had drained itself. All over the bench, down the side and all over the floor.
Arrgh.
Now that I have cleaned up the worst of the mess, I'm left with a thin sticky film everywhere.
What solvent should I use to clean it? Or should I just smear an equally thin coating of hardener on everything to 'seal it in'?
