Mike,housewrap, do you mean tyvek? Actually it is quite strong in tension just may not stand up to punture (say by a sharp rock,) Have to test it out. No clue on abrasion either.
If you build one out of tyvek, how would you approach that?
ps: love your plywood Walrus!
