Hey, I resemble that remark,,, actually when Craig,the Monster Truck and I drove out of Bozeman we got our first one finger salute in 7500 miles from a young woman in a covertible because we didn't move out of the slow lane as she was attempting to merge into the trailer and she had to slow down and merge behind us. AND she gave the same farewell salute as we took the next exit. I wonder if the rest of the world thinks about the US as some think of CA.
