Hmm... Montana's got such a good image on the national scene what with the Unabomber, the Freemen, etc. and this stupid person is trying to ruin it for us!!

I'm pretty sure they do. My brother encountered a lot of prejudices against Americans when he visited Europe last year. People in other countries expect all Americans to be rich and arrogant. He surprised a lot of people because he "kept his foot out of his mouth". After an hour or two of conversation, they'd ask him, "You're really an American?"

Maybe if I travel abroad, I'll try to do it with a Canadian visa!
