Hi Larry,
I have two different fairing boards, both are home made from plywood. One has a handle on each end and the other has a handle the full length. I made them long enough to take one piece of sand paper and cut it in half length wise and glue it to the board with spray on contact cement. If I remember it's 22" long. The one with the ridged back (handle length wise) is 2-1/2" wide, the other is about 3-1/2".
