And you showed them how much better handling a CLC 17 was than theirs. Just think if you were paddling a guillemot.

I paddled both of Shawns kayaks and if the CLC 17 were considered to be like a Cadillac, the Guillemot 18 he built would be like a Corvette. It corners much easier and is much more like a sports car than the CLC 17.

I'd far rather paddle a Guillemot 18 than ANY of the fiberglass kayaks that I've ever rented.

You should let them paddle yours so they can feel foolish for spending $2500.
