I appreciate your comments regarding the safety of using epoxy and varnish in children's furniture. I have researched the safety of epoxy in these terms and feel safe using it, once it is fully cured and cleansed of any blush. Though I intend to research the safety of whichever finish I choose for the inside, I haven't done so yet. I appreciate the heads-up, however. If anyone else has any information in this area, I'd appreciate it.
