Interesting cockpit application. Where did you come up with the idea of epoxying the cockpit directly to the canvas? I am planning on pulling the canvas down underneath the lower cockpit cowling, applying whatever treatment I finally decide to use on the canvas, and then attach the top cowling. The upper cowling will be attached by drilling and screwing in 16 or so screws from the bottom into the top cowling. I might also place a gasket between the cowlings.
