Help...Osprey/Coho comments on both?

Thank you in advance! Currently have an Arctic Tern but
want something that sits lower in the water. For me the
Tern sets too high, hard to control in winds over 15knots.
Considering the Osprey but just not sure, looking for comments
on both! Help! I weigh 155#, 5'7". Thanks
