I agree with this. I bought about $150 worth of wood one time and was about 86 cents short. Dug through every nook and cranny in the car for change and was still about 26 cents short. They pointed me in the direction of the nearest ATM. This after an hours drive to find the place. Yard people were wonderful (I think the yard guy's name was Dwayne, and that was at least a year ago). They eventually let me borrow the 26 cents from the overage box if I promised to repay it the next time I came in (which I had already promised to do). Maybe they've been stiffed before.

Of course the next time I came in, I payed for the order, went out to pick it up and they paged me back in. They made a mistake and forgot to charge an extra $40 for something. At least this time I knew enough to bring plenty of extra.
