Depends on the length of the boards, but the numbers I remember seem to be about 45 board feet. If you are getting 10 foot boards and 1 x 8s then you would need about 7 boards.

I'd be fascinated by a picture of you carrying these materials home from the lumberyard on your motorcycle. Consider using scraps of the strips and leftover epoxy to make some fancy accesories for your motorcycle. i started thinking about saddlebags and an extra fuel tank for my cycle.

By the way, if you rip a couple of the 10 footers in half to give you a pair of nominal 1x4s, and then scarf these 1 x4s with a single 2 foot long diagonal cut on the end of each, you get 18 foot material which you can rip into some nice long strips.
