I doubt it very seriously. Look at the wake made by the paddler and that of the kayak, ??? What kind of speed would it take to pull a skier out of the water, and what kind or power would it take for that yak to do it. Certainly not anything that would fit into that hull. Look at the flag and the skiers hair. Hmmmmmm !! Close but not cigar. Good picture though.
