The Arctic Tern will steer easier than the Standard or Osprey Pygmy, whether it is 2 or 4 chines doesn't matter. The total shape is what counts, and whether the kayak is the right size. If any of the people for those 3 boats is under 130lbs (or therabouts depending on use) you should look at the Arctic Tern 14.
