: make a very accurate and quick inside template (espec for stitch and glue)
: is by using long sharpened thin scraps of wood or cardboard. At the
: appropriate location for the bulkhead, hot glue or tape or jam a pc of
: cardboard that is way smaller and cut to NO particular shape(even torn
: out). Cut the thin scraps so they are say about 4 in long and one by one
: hot glue them on the card radially out so the pointers touch the inside of
: the seams or ea side of the fillets. Pull the card, connect the points on
: another pc of paper or the wood directly, and you have exact measurements.
: The more points, the more accurate.

Excellent idea! I tried to get the manufacturer, Necky, to supply me with a template from their design computer at the point I was going to install the bulkhead. Their response was, "No problem to do that but we don't want to be responsible for any problems, so you give us $200.00 and we,ll do it for you."

"No thanks! I'll do it myself." {:o)
