Todd,
I am also gearing up to build a Guillimot this winter. I struggled for a while trying to input the offset tables into a spreadsheet, but never found a satisfactory method of printing them out. The problem is that Excel does not make graphs to scale, and trying to scale the Excel graphs using other programs did not work as accurately as I would have liked. Also, I do not have access to a printer that could print the forms on a single sheet of paper, so piecing several smaller sheets together after printing them out would also add to the inconvenience of using a computer. In the end I ended up using graph paper and plotting the points by hand. This actually took less time than I had spent playing around with various methods of using a computer. I would recommend buying some graph paper and doing it the old fashioned way.
By the way, this is my first post on this board. I've been hanging around for the past year, and thanks to the help of everyone here I've completed a skin on frame and a stitch and glue. I've benifitted from all the advice on this board, and even though I still don't feel fully qualified, I thought I should post some advice once in awhile too.
