The other reviews on this tool have mentioned that it is difficult to use for cutting straight lines.
But, if you are blessed with the money and time to build or buy a 2D milling machine for your computer you can use something like this to cut perfect panels.
Simply put, you enter the numbers on your computer and it "draws" the shape on a piece of wood, by cutting it with a router or spiral saw. Unfortunately, in real life it isn't exactly this simple, but there are some kits (and plans) for people who want computer controlled tools. If you are planning on doing production runs of precision cut panels, you might want to investigate these.
