Just covered my mini cell seat this weekend. Used some rubber coated nylon material left over from making dry bags. The folds were a pain, and strechable material would work alot better, but ended up looking OK. Spray on adhesive as suggested did not work. It worked loose after sitting on seat and compressing the foam.(again strechable material may be OK). Use thick contact adhesive
