ideal resin temp

First time using epoxy this morning on a s & g kayak. My garage heats easily to
62 F. I have de-crystalixed the resin and keep it next to a 25w bulb on the workbench. It seemed a little hard to work with. What is a good temp for the resin before I begin. Thanks in advance.

Cocobola and Bocote are oily
