Cocobola and Bocote are oily

I frequent the bowsite which has some bowbuilding hints, and I don't recall them having any problems with bubinga, but we all have had some trouble with Cocobola and Bocote, these two hardwoods are oily and usually work okay with the epoxy but the finish can be a bear. Most clean them with acetone before gluing.
