Time to 'glass, questions about RAKA

It's time to 'glass the hull, but I have a few quick questions for you folks:

1) I plan on precoating. Once I have done that, can I apply the glass when the epoxy is "leather hard" without sanding?

2) With RAKA, anyone experience blush? I'll be using a mixture of the 606 and 610 harderners (probably 50-50) with the 127 resin.
