Well I have not used the 606 and 610 hardeners but this is what I would do.
I think the key is to make sure you have enough time set aside so that you can get the entire job done to minimize the chance for a blush to accrue. I set aside four consecutive days to get the epoxy work done; this allowed me to do one or two fill coats per day.
I did a pre-coat on my hull and glassed the next day. I used the 350 fast hardener for the pre-coat and a 50-50 mix on the glassing. It worked fine for the 350 hardener. The only thing I did was to scrape the hull with the cabinet scraper for any drips and sags this was done between each coat. Doing this seams to have given me a smooth hull that will need very little sanding and finish work prior to the varnishing stage.
Good Luck

: It's time to 'glass the hull, but I have a few quick questions for you folks:
: 1) I plan on precoating. Once I have done that, can I apply the glass when
: the epoxy is "leather hard" without sanding?
: 2) With RAKA, anyone experience blush? I'll be using a mixture of the 606 and
: 610 harderners (probably 50-50) with the 127 resin.
: Thanks for any help.
