Most blush we talk about is the waxy film on the surface of the epoxy. I believe if this film is left for a while it will eventually turn cloudy. The same reaction with humidity which causes blush on the surface can happen within the epoxy layer due to trapped humidity. This trapped blush will eventually turn cloudy as well.
