I have to pull and "Abe Lincoln" and confess!!
There are a couple of dozen emergency staples in this boat when I realized the shear strip was creaping at the front. I heard somewhere that it is really important to set them tight!!!
Next time I will use the hot glue method at least for the shear and see what happens.
Thanks for all of your help. I really keep track of all you regulars and have learned ton's.
