the can says that it'll be dry to the touch in six hours, but not to recoat for twenty-four. I'm rubbing it onto a paddle, and it will take weeks if i wait that long between coats.
So i need someone to tell me that the can is lying to me and that i need to recoat sooner, so i get a nice chemical bond or something, like with epoxy. Please?!
