I bought a 1/4 sheet orbital and a 5" ROS at the same time, both PC. That was about 8 years ago and the 1/4 sheet sander has had little use while the ROS is used on every project.

As for H&L, even the disks are more expensive, it is cheaper to use on the little projects I do. It is easy to change grits and I can reuse the disks.
