Take care using propane or kerosene heaters while epoxying...they produce large amounts of watervapor and other things, so unless they vent out doors or you use a NO blush epoxy you may get into problems.
I was able to peal the fiberglass off (a few years later) a boat i had precoated in winter with a Kero-Sun heater. It worked out OK, but I was in tears when a big blister formed behind the cockpit.
If the only problem was "blush" cleaning the boat with soapy water should have cured the problem (no pun intended...) I do not recall if I did or not, though i probably did sand between coats. the first coat may not have cured properly. P
Perhaps Nick remembers some details?
