Right on the money. This was the sequence called-out in the Panache plans. This makes the most sense when you're building using the strongback method - once detached from the supports, the forms are free floating and there's a chance they could be knocked loose. Better to have the hull exterior already glassed so it holds the proper shape. When you're building with a boxbeam, it's much less of a problem since the forms are locked onto the beam the whole time you're stripping the deck.
