I got worried a little when I had some small irregularities with my forms. Nothing major, but only as good as my hand jigsaw cold cut. (No belt sanders in my house). What I have found is that (in my case) the form irregularities do not have much effect on my strips and will have zero effect once the boat is faired. I'm pretty confident that my stripping is 'off' by more that the thickness of a strip of masking tape in places.

But keep in mind; I'm building a boat and not an entry for the Smithsonian.
