That would be a good question to ask Pete Roszyk. It sounds a lot like his Hybrid from Hell. It works okay as long as you don't bend the panels too much. He had troubles with the deck, but I think the difficult ones on the walrus would be the bottom panels, as they have almost a 90 degree twist in them.
