: Jet Tools and Delta both make small and fairly inexpensive[200-300 dollars],
: but affective dust collectors. They are hooked up to one or two tools at a
: time, and can be rolled around the shop. I got one a few weeks ago and
: love it. The difference in the shop is wonderful.
I have a Ridgid with shop vac system. I have a 2.5" bottom hose with a 1" hose of my Porter Cable ROS hose to the saw gaurd. The saw gaurd has a 3/4" copper male pipe fitting expoxyed to the top of it.I run a 11amp shop vac with a tee. This sytem with a bit of tape collects the dust pretty good even when I cut Medium Density Fiber Board,HUGE dust maker. The tape is used to make flex seals to the spliter.
