: I would recommend to rip most of your strips at once and make the effort to
: do it outside. It's an enormous amount of sawdust and even in the winter
: it's not that bad outside. For your other cutting chores you can deal with

I've found that since I ripped strips in the basement I have no more spiders, ants or any of the other usual basement insect pests, no more moths in the closets upstairs, the houseplants are bug free and the cats seem to have no flea s for the first time in years. The cedar dust makes a great insect eradicator which doesn't bode well for the humans involved. I moved my strip cuttung operation outside also...
