The picture is of the 1/4" x 3/4" red cedar keel strip coming down in a hard bend and twist to meet my strips coming up from the shear. I had to use vise grips to pull it into place and you can see where it broke at the end on my first attempt, but I griped it immidiately again and pulled it into place for the instant super glue plus accelator bonding. There is a 1 inch long super glued section that I put the super glue on at the bottom strip and sprayed the accelator onto the top strip and when they touched together they bonded instantly. The strip is under pressure like a drawn bow and I wanted to show the holding power of the glue accelator combination.
