Do not know exactly how you plan on using the kayak, but we built the Chesapeake LT and find it a very nice kayak. Enough room in it for you to move a bit, responsive, tracks well and is great in waves. If we were not having such a bad winter in Michigan, I would not miss paddling it so much.
