In Response To: strip source in Canada (Roy Morford)

: I'm half way through building a stripped double with plain strips (not bead
: and cove). The experience has taught me patience, humility and self
: control (well maybe not as self controlled as I should be). Anyway, I'm
: already planning to build a single which will definitley be from bead and
: cove strips and I wonder if there are any recommendations for suppliers in
: Canada of good, consistently milled cedar. Any help will be appreciated.
: Merry Christmas to all on this site. I have learned so much from you all.

I was just looking through these threads to see if there would be a market for C&B strips delivered anywhere in the lower mainland BC, as I am considering setting up a cedar strip milling shop in the area. What part of the country are you in?.....any input from anyone?
