Winter Varnishing

Has anyone varnished their boat in the winter? Our local temperatures are running in the 40's at night and in the 60's during the daytime, with moderate humidity (for Florida). Other than a slightly longer drying time, is there anything I should look out for when varnishing in these temperatures? I am planning to use Flagship over System Three epoxy, as recommended by the Pygmy folks. Thank you.
