The major component of toner is the polymer and carbon black which colors it. The toner is designed to 1)be attracted to an electostatic charge on the printer drum and then 2)to stick tenaciously to copy paper after being fused at about 330 deg. Whatever wax is part of the mix probably off gases during the fusing.
On the otherhand, graphite is used as a lubricant because the molecules are "flat" and don't bind well to each other.
Given the small quantities of either needed to color your epoxy I can't imagine you'd have a problem. Consider that WEST 410 fairing filler is a polymer microsphere which is often used in a 4:1 ratio by volume with epoxy and it doesn't crumble. I'd say go for it.
