The board seems a little slow today so I thought I should wish you good building. Last year some guy built one in his third floor apartment, you've probably got more room than him! He posted a picture of it being lowered out out the apartment window.

I started cutting strips for my second boat today. So my wifes without her side of the garage for a few months :-)
