Hi again, Andy;

I started the hull strips with hot glue, but after a few strips the rest hugged the forms with NO assist after being allowed to dry. As I've said before, when the hull was completed and the forms unscrewed from the spacers, the forms essentially fell out, and I had to use hotglue to hold the stations in only so I could strip the deck.

If I do this again, I would screw the sheer strips to the forms and use nothing to hold any other strip to the form beyond clamping while the glue dried - And there I prefer tape as a clamp, as most everyone must know by now . . . ;-)

That type of construction limits your concern to simply sealing the edges to prevent excess glue from bonding the strips to the forms - - Take your pick, they all work.
