Ya mean you can build a mermaid!!!! Shucks and I spent all this time and money building kayaks so I could go out looking for one! Nick send me the off sets.

Actually, I guess I did sort of find one. Took a woman out to Outer Heron Island in the Gulf of Maine a couple of years ago in a double yak and proposed. Fortunatly for both of us she said yes.

On the way back, she took a look at all that cold deep water and the long crossing and turned around and asked me what would have happened if she had said no....

Ten years now and I never have gotten around to answering that question. Some times its not what you ask for, or even how you ask. Its where you ask it. Just thought I better even up the odds a bit.

Ah well she has been gracing the front of my boats ever since.
