Malcolm:
In the next few weeks I will be cutting strips for the first time on a new tablesaw. Your posting is more than timely however. I want to thank you for both the courage and thoughtfullness in letting us all know about your accident. Sometimes the only meaning that emerges following a loss, is to help others avoid the same.

Interestingly, tragedy seems to bring out the best and the worse in people...as noted in postings as well. I think it has been said that, 'Some people are just sicker than others'.

Please keep us posted as to how you are doing and send in the pics as you get back to building...and heal quickly.
