Thanks for calling this to my attention. I raced in a Rebel for several seasons. It was a challenging boat to do well in and one where, as movable ballast my size was never criticized. I read a review of the book. The author is definitely pro-glass, but it is on my list for summer reading. As soon as I deal with the blisters on the bottom of my J/24!
