I just "discovered" a useful tool for squeezing out excess epoxy from tape. I wanting something more flexible than auto body fiberglass tools, so I tried out a couple of cheap kitchen spatulas (the kind with rubber blades) from the local grocery store. The curve and the flexibility of the blades made them ideal for getting out the excess epoxy without pulling up the tape.
