I never have run into that bubble problem, I take so long to put the glass on that the day is always cooling off when I get done, ha. The outgassing is always worse on the inside or second layer, has no where to go like with the first layer. If you were dedicated, you would stay out there all night with a bottle of alcohol (rubbing) and a toothpick and poke holes in all those bubbles.

Have you already done the combing? Seems I remember you waiting to glass the outside first? If so I may not be as far behind as I think. How about paddle, got one made yet?
