Just adding my 2 cents... Don't squeegee out MORE than you need to. I'm finishing my first stripper and have a few sections where the white weave of the fiberglass is showing through. I starved the cloth.
Than said - this was a pretty easy part of the building process. Just take your time - but not too much... Don't be in a hurry and don't do it when you're tired. Lay the cloth out and then wait till the morning to start wetting it out. When the epoxy starts to get tacky - 4 or 5 hours later, do a fill coat. You can do another fill coat a few hours later or wait a day, sand the hull lightly and do a final coat.
Just read up on it and think about what you're going to do before you do it.
