Any plans for a sit-on-top kayak?

At the risk of offending the traditionalists, does anyone have plans or kits for strip built sit-on-top kayaks?

I like to fish and I am looking for a fishing machine I can build. Any suggestions for a stable fishing platform are welcome too, kayak of course.
