I am fairly certain that I mixed it well enough as the consistency is uniform. I think that problem is that there was not enough hardener added. It does seem to be setting up just REAL slowly. Should I give it more time or scrape it off, having already given it a week to cure. (Which I think would be VERY difficult, considering I can ALMOST sand this stuff). What point is it safe to sand?

Also, how picky do I need to be about sanding these joints down since I will be glassing over it?
